Three Narok poll losers lodge petition
Three Narok County poll losers have moved to court to challenge the election of Samuel Tunai and Stephen ole Ntutu as Governor and Senator-elect. Ledama Olekina, who was vying for Narok Governor seat, Andrew Sunkuli and Joseph Musuni (Senate) have filed an election petition seeking court orders to compel the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to release information regarding elections in Narok County for governor and senate. They asked the court to certify their case as urgent as they wish to rely on the information they are seeking in their petition.
