Hostage President...
The next President will have much less powers compared to the previous ones. The only way he or she will run the government easily is to win a majority in parliament with his or her political party. The Budget system has been taken away from treasury, she can be impeached by MPs, parliament must approve most appointments, she will be open for prosecution under treaties Kenya signed, will have a limited cabinet of between 14 to 21 and cannot fire the deputy President at will. These are among the differences the new look presidency will be.
