Communications Commission acts on political messages

In a bid to rein in hate speech that could incite kenyans, the kenyan communications commission (CCK) will vet messages from political parties before they reach the populace.As the political temperature rises with barely four months to the polls, the National cohesion and Integration Commission finds itself facing a tall order.
