Incident Report Description

People living with AIDS who have been subjected to discrimination and stigma due to their status can now seek help from a tribunal formed to deal with those going against the HIV/AIDS prevention and control act.

The tribunal was formed in 2009 by the Attorney General but has not been operational.The seven-member team will be sitting at the Landmark Plaza opposite Nairobi hospital. National Aids Control Council director Alloys Orago explains the role of the tribunal.
