Incident Report Description

Proceeding have come to a halt just days after a court appeal ordered the subdivision of a 16,000 acre plot of land between two communities in Maella, Naivasha.

The group of pastoralists has obtained a court order stopping the subdivision.

Representative of the two communities are currently holding a peace meeting at the DCs office.

The case will be heard in September 2010.
