Responding to Suit on Polls Rules, AG Told

Lady Justice Mumbi Ngugi has direct the AG and Justice Minister to respond to a case filed by two voters challenging sections of the elections law. She also asked the IIEC to answer to the case filed by Alexander Muthengi and Daniel Kipchirchir by November 7. The Judge further ordered the lawyers in the case to file written submissions and listed the case for hearing on November 23.
