If not Planned -E-Voting can Corrode Electoral Confidence

Koki Muli writes that complete e-voting includes the use of ICT in voting, counting, tabulation and transmission of results. This process helps in elimination of raud, speedying up results process, increasing accessibility and making voting more convenient for voters everywhere in the country. There are however serious challenges especially requisite legislation and proficient man-power. If not carefully planned and designed, it may corrode the gains made in restoring faith in the electoral process in Kenya.
