Ruto and Sang have asked the Pre-Trial chamber to reclassify evidence initially submitted as confidential and make it public. They want this request honoured to enable them conclude their post-confirmation hearings written submissions to the judges. They say they no longer see the need for certain information to remain confidential. Meanwhile, MP Johstone Muthama says Ocampo is shielding the real suspects as seen by lack of evidence in the six susects before the ICC. He regretted that Ocampo did not conduct an in-depth investigations.
