Election Act Case to Go Before Constitutional Court
The High Court has directed a petition challenging the implementation of the Elections Act 2011 be placed before a constitutional court. High Court judge Mohammed Warsame ordered the file be placed before Justice Isaack Lenaola who heads the constitutional court and that it be heard on Monday next week.
