Mr. Ezekiel Abang was questioned over his role at the helm of the Kenya Law Reform Commission. Justice Isaac Lenaola questioned his 26 years at the KLRC in which the commission was moribund for 21 of the 26 years. He defended his tenure saying the mandate was restricted to Bills and whether they came into law was not their duty. Other candidates also appeared before the Select Panel.
