Vet Industrial Court Judges Too, Says FKE

The Federation of Kenya Employers CEO Jacqueline Mugo has said Instrial Court Judges should be vetted like other judges. She said there was no reason why vetting should not be extended to them yet the court has a status of High Court in the new law. Mugo also called for the establishment of an Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism system to support the courts.
