Secret Interviews Raise Eyebrows

The secrecy in which interviews for members of the yet to be formed Administrative Justice Commission are being conducted is raising concerns. This is because other processes under the new constitution have lived to transparency as enshrined in the constitution. Public participation has also been locked out in an exercise that the justice minister Mutula Kilonzo has termed barbaric and backward.
