Judge Faults Charges, Prays for Acquittal
Judge Juma Said Chitembwe who is facing a Sh 1.2 billion corruption case has urged to be acquitted without being put on defence. He said the prosecution had failed to prove a case of conspiracy to defraud NSSF and he should be acquitted. Chitembwe is charged alongside former NSSF managing trustee Rachael Lumbasyo.
