Pravin Bowry asserts that the trend in which individuals and groups are taking the law into their hands and unilaterally allocating and alienating registered parcels of lands to third parties is alarming. Landowners in Athi River area are witnessing these scenarios yet the constitution guarantees them the right to own property. State officials especially the provincial administration is not helping much as they are part of the menace. Land titles and title owners must be respected for there to be sanity and calm in the country.
