Nyaga Dismisses One Third Gender Requirement in House

Cooperative Minister Joseph Nyaga has dismissed as unattainable a requirement that the country elects at least a third of either gender to parliament. He said history has shown that the nation cannot achieve this constitutional requirement. Nyaga therefore wants parliament to approve the constitution amendment.
