Bill to Guide Vetting of State Officials

A new Bill to guide the vetting of state officers is in the offing. The drafters of the Bill, the Association of Professional Societies in East Africa said if the Bill is passed into law, it will help correct the lapses in the ongoing and former vetting processes since the passage of the new constitution.
