Opposition to Amend New Constitution is Insincere

Charles Kanjama says the constitution has ambiguities and inconsistencies which will be exposed with more cultural changes. The constitution can be changed by amending it or through court ruling on its intepretation. The document should be amended when necessary to ensure it satisfies Kenyans and is implemented as required.
