New Constituencies to be Known by Feb

Kenyans will know the fate of the 80 new contituencies by February next year if the IEBC is formed by November. According to Chief Electoral Office James Oswago, within four months of the formation of the IEBC, the new units will be known. The IIEC has put in place mechanisms to ensure a smooth transition to the IEBC once it is formed.
