Leisure Lodge Files Court Bid to Reclaim Sh700M Diani Plot

Leisure Lodge owners is fighting a legal battle to reclaim its prime land which it claims was irregularly allocated to 760 people in corrupt delas engineered by senior government officials and politicians. They claim their 175 acres of land in Diani Kwale was sold and resold and they have sued various people in the case.
