Priscilla Nyokabi Kanyua writes that the intended amendments to the constitution are meant to erode the promise for Kenya that the new constitution envisaged. The election date controversy can be determined by the Supreme Court hence there is no need to amend the constitution. The government should concern itlsef with galvanising the gainst made in implementing the constitution and not eroding them.
