ICC prosecutor Moreno Ocampo stuck to his earlier assertions that Uhuru, Muthaura and Ali used state house as strategic meeting and planning center for revenge attacks against ODM sympathisers. He wants the court to confirm the charges as he has solid evidence against the three suspects. On their part, the three suspects satated they are innocent and that the evidence collected by Ocampo is fabricated. They were further emphatic that Ocampo failed to get their side of the story. Meanwhile, Ocampo has affirmed that he has fresh evidence that he will want to use against the three suspect relating to chaos in Kibera and Kisumu.
