Point of Objection, Wikileaks
Paul Muite gives a right of reply to some wikileaks revelations that his committee of legal and administrative of justice which he chaired during the ninth parliament was not resolute in fighting corruption. He affirms that by rejecting to give KACC prosecutorial powers, the committee was not in any way against fighting corruption. It affirmed the reality that an investigator cannot be given powers to prosecute because he or she cannot aptly determine the sufficiency of their evidence.
