Why State wants Case against Oil Tycoon Devani Adjourned

The state has filed an application seeking to adjourn the corruption case against Devani and five others. State prosecutor victor mule argued that this will ensure the charge against them is amended because he faces other criminal charges. Also,some of the accused are witnesses in another cases on the Triton saga.
