Water minister Charity Mgilu told her political detractors to stop using KACC to fight her. She took journalists to one of the projects in Kangundo that is alleged to be dry and showed them water that was flowing out of it. She accused Kalonzo of being behind her woos in order to prevent her from providing services to the poor.
