Government, Leaders Formulate Proposals to End Conflict
NCIC Chair Mzalendo Kibunja has been asked to present to the government proposals that could help end conflict in Isiolo, Samburu and Marsabit Counties. The meeting resolved that all animals stolen by rustlers should be returned and the culprits arrested and charged.
