Residents Earn Sh100 for Getting Circumcised
National AIDS and STI Control Programme (Nasop) has changed strategy to using monetary incentives to entice more men in Turkana County to undergo medical male circumcision in local health facilities after the number of people getting circumcised dwindled. Director of Nascop says the incentive will ensure the voluntary medical male circumcision succeeds.
