Luo men living in Bungasi location of Mumias district have a sigh of relief thanks to the Kenya male circumcision strategic plan that originated from South Africa. Walter Obiero, the clinical manager of Nyanza reproductive health society notes that the exercise targets young people aged between 15 and 45 years and the programme does not involve boys under 10 for pain control.
