IEBC Litmus test

The recent kangema and other simultaneous by elections were a full dress rehearsal for IEBC in preparations for the general election six months away. The IEBC carries the weight of bad history inherited from its predecessor the ECK ,who bungled the last general election. Journalists are also hard pressed to embrace fair and non biased coverage. Boni Odinga was in kangema and takes stock.
