The wife of John Mark Moi, son of former President Daniel Moi, has moved to court asking to be allowed to act as her husband’s guardian.
Eunice Moi alleges that her husband has long suffered from a mental condition. Mrs. Moi claims that the condition renders him incapable of protecting his rights in a matter filed against him by a 22 year old girl claiming to be his illegitimate daughter.
A report compiled by Psychiatrist Dr. M. Okonji shows that Mark Moi suffers from a mental condition known as Schizophrenia.
